DentalCosts.co ("we," "our," "the site"), operated by Scout Theory LLC, collects limited information to provide dental cost comparisons and connect you with qualified providers:
- Contact form submissions: When you submit a contact form or request a quote, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, procedure interest, message). This data is sent to our secure form processing endpoint and used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
- WhatsApp communications: If you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed through WhatsApp's platform subject to their privacy policy.
